研究方向及简介

当前研究方向主要为全无机宽带隙钙钛矿、Sn-Pb窄带隙钙钛矿及钙钛矿基叠层太阳电池,力求通过构建高效电荷选择性接触、揭示钙钛矿薄膜生长调控的普适性规律,实现高效稳定钙钛矿单结及叠层器件的制备。以第一/共同第一作者在Nature EnergyScience AdvancesNature Communications等期刊发表论文十余篇,授权发明专利6项,获首届中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划、Nano Research Energy学术新星金奖等荣誉奖励。
